Yes, you do, just to have them all on the lease and for both parties to be legally covered under the lease. This is extremely easy to do. If your tenant set’s up a profile on the application which is free you can just search them and then register them in your rental property, you will not be required to enter in their information and their information will have been imputed by them.
We have an electronic signature available which enables your tenants to electronically sign the lease agreement. This electronic signature has the same legal standing as if they were to sign it in person.
Yes, once you register as a landlord on the application your lease agreement with your tenant will be conditioned on receiving your rental payments through the application.
Stripe is integrated into our platform to allow you to manage your rental payments. You may choose a monthly or annual payment structure whichever structure is the best for you.
You can request an electronic inspection of your property through the application and the tenants will be required to take photos of their living space. They will be requested to take the photos on the day or within 3 days of your request to ensure that thee photos are a true reflection of the property.
Yes, we have independent contractors available if you wish to avail of their services. They can handle multiple issues you may have. This service will be an additional cost.

Yes you have access to a termination agreement on our platform.
We do not specifically manage commercial properties, however we provide a residential tenancy lease per the RTB which can be edited by you if you wish to include additional terms and conditions that would be necessary for your commercial property.
